Digital Product Manager B2B



The Digital Product Manager B2B Europe will take full ownership of the customer end-to-end digital customer journey for specific products, creating and managing a product backlog, mapping out dependencies and acting as the primary liaison for products by agreeing goals and KPIs. The role will understand customer needs, translating these into priority features, whilst coordinating the design of new digital solutions.



  • Owning the vision of the product and following market development
  • Creating and managing a product backlog and mapping out dependencies
  • Acting as the primary liaison for products, agreeing goals and KPIs
  • Carrying out detailed analysis of user needs, business requirements, impact, scope, risks, benefits and technical dependencies for user stories
  • Providing key input for the product’s business case
  • Monitoring and managing the progress of the product
  • Understanding customer needs and translating these into priority features
  • Overseeing development of product documentation
  • Managing key stakeholders (including channel teams, business analysts and development teams)
  • Owning the roadmap for roll-out across Europe, enabling execution and implementation in the regions
  • Acting as subject-matter expert in product domain (understanding market trends, best practices etc.)
  • Liaizing with regional product managers to collect feedback; understanding local customer and business needs and priorities
  • Owning budget for BAU and CI
  • Presenting product progress, including demos, to key stakeholders
  • Coordinating the design of new digital solutions, involving key stakeholders (e.g. IT, channels, etc.)
  • Ensuring the product’s required service level fulfilment (oversee trouble shooting if necessary)
  • Overseeing the product’s compliance with individual legal or corporate requirements
  • Defining and distributing information material to the regions
  • Managing accountability for first level testing before handing over to regions and second level support
  • Providing input to TO-BE requirement documents, process flow charts, mock-ups and dummies.


  • Strong understanding of B2B e-commerce solutions (e.g. ordering portals, integrations)
  • Experience with large roll-out/implementation trajectories of digital/IT solutions
  • Preferably experience in automotive (aftermarket)
  • Strong knowledge of customer experience design
  • Proven track record in translating and implementing business strategy into successful digital products
  • Professional written and oral English communication abilities and strong analytical and communication skills
  • Commercially minded, appreciating and using the impact digital experiences have on customer outcomes and business results
  • Ability to lead projects in a matrix organization.
